Zaina Foundation advocates for an open and accessible internet in Tanzania by opposing internet shutdowns, censorship, and unjust digital restrictions. Through campaigns, research, and policy engagement, we promote internet access as essential for democracy, participation, and economic inclusion. Our Internet Shutdowns project strengthened national preparedness, public awareness, and advocacy coordination during election periods.
